From the Kitchen

Slow-roasted lamb shank over saffron basmati with raisins and toasted almonds.

Yemen's national dish — sizzling stone bowl of stew crowned with whipped fenugreek.

Fall-off-the-bone chicken slow-cooked with a proprietary Hadrami spice blend.

Layered honey bread drizzled with Sidr honey and dusted with nigella seeds.

Crispy hand-folded pastries filled with spiced beef and onions, served with zhug.

Cardamom-spiced black tea simmered with milk, brewed the old way.

Our Story
We built Yemen Cafe to feel like home — low brass tables, hand-carved mashrabiya screens, the warm hum of cardamom and clove rising from the kitchen. Every dish is a love letter to Sana'a, Aden and the highlands of Ibb.
